AeroKingsAuto – Refund & Return Policy

All products sold by AeroKingsAuto are final sale. By purchasing from AeroKingsAuto, the customer (“you”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

No Returns

Due to the nature of our products, AeroKingsAuto does not accept returns under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Fiberglass or composite body parts

  • Made-to-order or hand-made items

  • Installed or test-fitted products

  • Painted or modified products

  • Products damaged during or after installation

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be returned.

No Full Refunds

AeroKingsAuto does not offer full refunds.

This policy exists because our products are:

  • Hand-made and labor-intensive

  • Produced in limited batches or made-to-order

  • Designed for aftermarket and modified vehicles

Refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes will not be approved due to fitment preferences, change of mind, or customer error.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started

  • If an order is canceled prior to production, any refund issued (if approved) will be partial only and subject to processing fees, material costs, and labor already incurred

  • AeroKingsAuto reserves the right to deny cancellation requests at its sole discretion

Shipping & Damage Claims

AeroKingsAuto is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Improper handling after delivery

  • Installation or removal

Customers must inspect packages immediately upon delivery. Any visible shipping damage must be reported directly to the carrier.

Fitment & Expectations

All AeroKingsAuto parts are aftermarket and hand-made. Minor imperfections, surface prep requirements, or fitment adjustments are normal and expected.

Refunds or returns will not be granted for:

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections

  • Fitment adjustments required during installation

  • Vehicle-specific issues (non-factory straight vehicles)

  • Labor, paint, or body shop costs

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from AeroKingsAuto, the customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for reasons covered under this policy.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Permanent account restriction

  • Submission of documentation to payment processors

Acceptance of Policy

By completing checkout and purchasing from AeroKingsAuto, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy.

If you do not agree, do not place an order.
