AeroKingsAuto – Terms of Service & Liability Agreement

By purchasing, installing, or using any product manufactured or sold by AeroKingsAuto (“Company,” “we,” “us”), the customer (“you,” “your”) acknowledges, understands, and agrees to ALL terms and conditions outlined below. Acceptance of these terms is required prior to checkout.

1. Aftermarket Use – Assumption of Risk

AeroKingsAuto designs and manufactures aftermarket fiberglass and composite automotive body components, as well as other aftermarket vehicle parts.

Products may be used on street-legal vehicles, show vehicles, and performance-oriented builds. As with all aftermarket vehicle modifications, use of these products involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle or body damage

  • Fitment or clearance issues

  • Cracking, flexing, or failure under stress or impact

  • Changes to vehicle handling, aerodynamics, or operation

  • Personal injury, property damage, or financial loss

By purchasing, installing, or using any AeroKingsAuto product, you voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, associated with aftermarket modification and vehicle operation.

2. Hand-Made Fiberglass & Fitment Disclaimer

All AeroKingsAuto fiberglass and composite products are hand-made. Due to the nature of hand-crafted manufacturing and aftermarket vehicles:

  • Minor variations between parts are normal

  • Trimming, sanding, drilling, spacing, or body work may be required

  • Paint-ready preparation is expected prior to final installation

Our parts are designed to fit factory-spec vehicles. Fitment cannot be guaranteed on vehicles that are not factory straight, including but not limited to vehicles with:

  • Prior accidents or frame/unibody damage

  • Chassis distortion or misalignment

  • Aftermarket body modifications or widebody conversions

  • Altered or damaged mounting points

  • Age-related sagging or corrosion

Fitment issues caused by vehicle condition or prior modification are not the responsibility of AeroKingsAuto.

3. Customer Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring proper installation (professional installation strongly recommended)

  • Test-fitting all parts prior to painting or permanent modification

  • Proper mounting, fastening, and hardware selection

  • Ongoing inspection and maintenance

  • Ensuring vehicle safety and roadworthiness

AeroKingsAuto is not liable for damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation or mounting

  • Incorrect hardware or fastening

  • Vehicle misuse, abuse, or impacts

  • Road debris, curbs, or environmental exposure

  • Pre-existing vehicle conditions

4. Emissions, Regulations & Compliance Disclaimer

AeroKingsAuto sells a variety of aftermarket products.

  • Fiberglass and composite body parts are non-emissions-related components and do not directly affect vehicle emissions.

  • Some AeroKingsAuto products are not emissions-compliant and may not pass local, state, or federal emissions inspections.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Emissions compliance varies by product and jurisdiction

  • It is the customer’s sole responsibility to determine legality and compliance

  • AeroKingsAuto does not guarantee emissions compliance unless explicitly stated

AeroKingsAuto is not responsible for:

  • Failed smog or emissions tests

  • Citations, fines, or penalties

  • Registration or inspection issues

  • Removal or replacement of non-compliant parts

Products not explicitly stated as emissions-compliant are sold for off-road, competition, or motorsport use only, where applicable.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AeroKingsAuto shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle damage or loss

  • Labor, installation, or paint costs

  • Body shop or fabrication expenses

  • Loss of use, downtime, or rental costs

  • Loss of profits or diminished resale value

  • Personal injury or property damage

ALL PRODUCTS ARE USED AT THE CUSTOMER’S OWN RISK.

6. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AeroKingsAuto, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Product installation

  • Product use

  • Vehicle operation

  • Emissions or compliance issues

  • Third-party claims or injuries

This includes attorney fees, court costs, and settlements.

7. No Implied Warranties

AeroKingsAuto expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranty of merchantability

  • Implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose

No representative, reseller, or third party may modify or extend these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of California.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the required box at checkout, purchasing, or using any AeroKingsAuto product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to ALL terms above.

If you do not agree, do not purchase or install AeroKingsAuto products.
