AeroKingsAuto – Shipping Policy

By placing an order with AeroKingsAuto, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined below.


Order Processing & Production Time

All AeroKingsAuto products are hand-made fiberglass or composite parts.

  • Orders are not shipped until the product is fully made and ready

  • Production times vary depending on product, order volume, and materials

  • Because parts are made by hand, production takes time

  • Any lead times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed

  • Production time does not include shipping transit time

AeroKingsAuto is not responsible for delays caused by production complexity, material availability, or workload.


Shipping Availability

AeroKingsAuto ships orders within the United States only.

  • We do not offer international shipping

  • Orders placed with non-U.S. delivery addresses may be canceled at our discretion


Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders are shipped using third-party carriers selected by AeroKingsAuto, which may include:

  • Ground shipping services

  • Freight carriers for oversized items

Carrier selection and shipping method are determined by AeroKingsAuto unless otherwise stated.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately for oversized items

  • Freight shipping costs vary based on size, weight, and destination

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable

Additional fees such as residential delivery, liftgate service, redelivery, or storage fees are the customer’s responsibility.


Delivery & Risk of Loss

Once an order is picked up by the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

AeroKingsAuto is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Weather-related delays

  • Theft after delivery


Freight & Oversized Deliveries

Many fiberglass body parts ship via freight.

Customer responsibilities include:

  • Providing accurate delivery information

  • Being available to receive the shipment

  • Inspecting the shipment before signing for delivery

Failure to accept delivery or inspect freight may result in additional charges at the customer’s expense.


Shipping Damage Claims

All shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

  • Visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt prior to signing

  • Concealed damage must be reported directly to the carrier within their required timeframe

Failure to follow these steps may result in denial of any claim.

AeroKingsAuto is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

If a shipment is returned or delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refused delivery

  • Failure to schedule or receive freight delivery

The customer is responsible for all reshipping and carrier fees.


No Shipping Guarantees

Delivery dates and transit times are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.

By completing checkout with AeroKingsAuto, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy.
